Where are you located?
We are located behind the H&H Chevron Convenience Store at the intersection of Central Avenue and Demorest-Mt.Airy Hwy. You can also enter on Ivy St. just past the Demorest Fire Department.
What type of lock should I use?
We recommend using a disk lock. They cost about $12-$15 at most hardware stores and are much more difficult to break into than padlocks.
When can I access my unit?
Customers have access to their units 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. Loitering and thru traffic is not allowed.
Do you have climate controlled units? No. We do not offer heated or cooled units. Consider your contents before storing.
How long are your rental terms?
Rent for 1 month or 10 years. We don't have any long-term requirements.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
We do not require a deposit. When booking online, your first month's rent will be prorated for the remaining days in the month. Any following months payments will be due in advance on the first of the month.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Late fees are $10. Once your account is past due, a lock will be placed on your unit. After 35 days past due, you will be sent a notice giving you 14 days to pay your balance. If you fail to pay, you unit will be subject to public auction.
